A Few Things to Know Before You Sign Up
This experience is open to guests 21 and older.
We're a BYOB studio — we don't provide alcohol or drinks, so feel free to bring your favorites.
PUFF PUFF IS BACK!
Our most requested class has returned — in this hand-building session, you'll learn the fundamentals of ceramic sculpting while creating your own one-of-a-kind smoke ware piece. Think mini bongs, pipes, ashtrays, incense holders — or whatever your imagination takes you to, here - YOU ARE THE ARTIST : )
This is a freestyle class at heart. @themiamipotter will introduce the basics of how to sculpt your smokeware, and studio team will be there to support you through the process, but from there it's all about tapping into your creative side and making something that's truly personal.
No experience needed — just good energy and an open mind.
Included in the experience:
- All materials, tools, and firings of your pieces (we will use speckled tan stoneware).
- Guidance by the instructor and support from the team.
- There is plenty of pay to park in our lot.
Open to beginner and intermediate levels - EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
We always allow a few minutes for people to arrive and get settled before we start the class, but please try to arrive on time. Attendees are responsible for picking up their pieces at our studio in 6 weeks (after the firing).
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be credited toward a future session. No-shows will not be refunded. For questions, email us at ocislyceramics@gmail.com
